Investors, team and contributors are subject to token restrictions.

Investors

Wifi Dabba has raised equity funding from some of the most prominent Venture Capital ("VC") firms in the world, including Multicoin Capital, Borderless Capital, YCombinator, and more. Tokens allocated to investors are restricted for a two-year period after which they vest on a monthly schedule over a 24 month period. The starting date is the day the token launches on mainnet.

Dabba Inc

Tokens allocated to Dabba Inc. are restricted for a two-year period, after which they vest on a monthly schedule over a 24 month period. The starting date for this is the day the token launches on mainnet.

Connectivity enablers

The genesis rewards are applicable from November 1st 2023. Enablers who buy DabbaLite during season 1 will be awarded one time rewards for participating early in the project. These tokens will have a 6 month lock-in period from the date of issuance.

Once the project goes on the mainnet, daily rewards will come without any lock-in.
