Wifi Dabba has raised equity funding from some of the most prominent Venture Capital ("VC") firms in the world, including Multicoin Capital, Borderless Capital, YCombinator, and more. Tokens allocated to investors are restricted for a 2 year period from TGE after which they vest on a monthly schedule over a 24 month period.

10% of the Tokens are unlocked at the time of TGE. Remaining tokens allocated to Wifi Dabba Inc. are restricted for a 2 year period, after which they vest on a monthly schedule over a 24 month period. The starting date for this is the day the token launches on mainnet.

Connectivity enablers

The genesis rewards for Season 1 & 2 are applicable from November 1st 2023 to February 28th 2025. Enablers who buy DabbaLite hotspots during season 1 or 2 will be awarded one time rewards for participating early in the project.

For season 1, genesis reward calculations start from Nov 1st, 2023 or date of purchase whichever comes later, up-till end of rewards period i.e 28-02-2025. Reward distribution will commence from the date of your device getting onboarded on the mainnet. Onboarding can be done after TGE. These rewards will follow a daily vesting period defined by the number of days of participation in the season.

For season 2, genesis reward calculations start from May 21st, 2024 or date of purchase whichever comes later, uptill 28-02-2025. Reward distribution will commence from the date of your device getting onboarded on the mainnet. Onboarding can be done after TGE. These rewards will follow a daily vesting period defined by the number of days of participation in the season.
